The Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 has entered into force on 7 April 2016 by being published on Official Gazette. Personal Data Protection becomes more of an issue for democratic constitutional states.
Personal Data Protection Right is included in the fundamental rights and freedoms and is vital for protecting an individual’s personality, principles of the state of law and democracy’s gaining depth.
Within this scope, trainings on Personal Data Protection are being provided by Att. Dr. Özgün Öztunç, the founding partner of our law firm. As a result of such trainings, it is aimed to create an in-house awareness concerning compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
