Att. Dr. Ozgun OZTUNC, the founding partner of Ozgun Law Office, graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ankara University, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the Institute of Business Administration and Economic Sciences, Istanbul University. He then received his doctoral degree in Public Law from Marmara University, and received the title of assistant professor in Public Law at Istanbul Aydin University. Having lectured in mass communication law and contract law at Istanbul Aydin University, Hasan Kalyoncu University and Bilgi University, Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc currently holds the title of doctoral lecturer. He is currently lecturing at Istanbul Bilgi University.

Having particular experience in Commercial Criminal Law, Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc provides extensive legal counseling services to national and/or international companies, banks and financial institutions on white-collar crimes and financial corruption.

He has a well-established track record of following-up national and international legal disputes including but not limited to solutions to disputes arising from financial activities such as insurance contracts, commercial and trading activities, and from intellectual and industrial disputes, and supervising all national and international legal procedures carried out to that end, as well as resolving disputes governed by international law.

Leveraging on his vast know-how and experience based on his academic studies on Business Administration, Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc provides well-rounded legal counseling and practicing services on a large scale to our corporate clients covering banks and financial institutions, and plays an active role in financial restructuring and debt arrangement processes.

Thanks to his extensive professional network at home and abroad, Mr. Oztunc plays a leading role to set a strategical road map for our clients to resolve disputes pending across many countries and/or governed by international law.

With an established reputation in resolving disputes arising from partnerships, Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc has an accomplished record of representing our clients in disputes among founding partners and/or fund companies, family business partnerships and / or publicly traded companies.

Practicing with substantial expertise and experience in arbitration, Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc successfully represents our clients before the International Chamber of Commerce, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and/or concerned state-level courts of arbitration during corporate and/or Ad Hoc arbitration procedures initiated to resolve disputes arising from FIDIC contracts, Promotion and Protection of Foreign Investments and/or international commercial contracts. 

Att. Dr. Ozgun Oztunc also holds the title of “trademark attorney”, and represents our clients in Trademark, Design and Copyrights.
