Oyku Yaman graduated from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University.
She mainly conducts her professional activities in the fields of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Medical Law, Consumer Law, Labor Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Personal Data Protection Law, and Criminal Law.
She has successfully completed the Code of Criminal Procedure Training on "Defendant Advocacy and Victim, Complainant and Participant Advocacy", as well as the Professional trainings titled "Women's Rights Training under the Law Nr. 6284", "Child Rights Training", "Labor Law Training" and "Consumer Law" organized by the Istanbul Bar Association. Oyku Yaman also continues her preparations and studies to obtain the title of "trademark attorney" and "mediator".
She currently maintains her professional activities and develops herself in many areas, especially in malpractice cases arising from medical malpractice, employee-employer disputes, lawsuits arising from trademark and patent rights, lawsuits arising from lease disputes, disputes arising from commercial affairs, and provides comprehensive legal consultancy services to our clients.
