Busra Cebi Dogan graduated with honors degree from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University, and also from the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Faculty of Political Sciences, Istanbul University with high honors degree.
She has developed expertise in various areas of law, particularly in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Construction Law and Labor Law in her professional career. She assists our clients in the due diligence, drafting and negotiation of contracts. In addition, she provides consultancy services in commercial dispute resolution and regulatory compliance processes for multinational companies.
She has
contributed to the resolution of legal issues arising in construction projects
and has played an active role in various litigation and arbitration
proceedings. She has also provided legal opinions on complex commercial
contracts and played an active role in litigation and arbitration proceedings
to that end. She is experienced in establishing and maintaining corporate
structures of companies.
