Gamze Nur San graduated
from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul University as an honor student. She is
currently maintaining her undergraduate studies at the Department of Political
Science and Public Administration, Istanbul University.
During her legal internship
period, she served as a member of the Executive Board of the Internship
Training Center of the Istanbul Bar Association and represented the Istanbul
Bar Association at the Legal Interns Workshop of the Izmir Bar Association.
She has successfully completed the “Criminal Procedure
Code Training on Defendant Advocacy and Victim, Complainant and Participant
Advocacy", "Women's Rights Training under the Law Nr. 6284",
"Children's Rights Training", "Banking and Finance Law
Training" and "Consumer Law" In-Vocational Trainings organized
by the Istanbul Bar Association. She conducts reviews on agreements/contracts
drawn up in various fields, especially the Labor and Social Security Law and
Commercial Law, follows the litigation processes of disputes related to various
fields such as the Labor Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Intellectual
Property Law, Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law and develops herself
professionally across various areas of law.
She is also writing
articles for our Law Bulletin, finding an opportunity to develop herself professionally
in such fields as the Civil Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Commercial Law,
Criminal Law, and Personal Data Protection Law.
