Gulcin Kirci graduated
from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul Bilgi University. She did her master’s degree
at City, University of London.
Offering legal
counseling services on a wide spectrum of practice areas, Ms. Kirci maintains her
professional efforts mainly in Commercial Law, Labor Law, EU Law and Family Law.
She assists our
clients in litigation arising out of commercial contracts, drafting contracts
and reports on compliance and dispute resolution for companies operating under
international commercial law, filing and pursuing lawsuits for damages arising
out of tortious acts, litigation for damages arising out of occupational
accidents and occupational diseases, litigation arising out of defective goods
or late delivery of immovable property, contested and uncontested divorce
proceedings and litigation regarding the settlement of property regime.
