Att. Huseyin Yavuz Baran graduated from the Faculty of Law, Istanbul
University, and completed his obtained his master’s degree at the Department of
Business Administration, Istanbul University.
Having a good command of English and German, Mr. Baran has led his
professional career predominantly across the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy
field. Having gained a proven track of record in the consumers’ disputes, Mr.
Baran also has an extensive know-how and experience in the disputes arising
under the applicable regulations on Private Educational Institutions reporting
to the Ministry of National Education, and activities of Private Educational
Institutions.
