Mihran AKSAK UYSAL graduated from the Faculty of Law, Marmara University, and received training on the Law of Contracts at Barnet College, London for one year. After returning to Istanbul, she received her master’s degree in Economics Law at Bilgi University to enrich her training in London. 

Having joined Ozgun Law Office as the managing partner in 2008, Mrs. Uysal is mainly responsible for division of labor among the attorneys, following-up the ongoing litigation processes, conducting "due diligence" processes, supervising all legal actions and counseling services delegated to the attorneys, and dealing with all internal managerial processes.

Holding the titles of “Mediator” and “Conciliator”, Mrs. UYSAL has gained extensive experiences in Law of Contracts, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Public Procurement Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Energy Law, IT Law, and Law on Protection of Personal Data during her professional career as an attorney and mediator across the industry.

In line with the newly emerging needs due to globalization process, Mrs. Uysal is responsible for providing legal counseling services under the Turkish Nationality Law, and plays an active role in getting Turkish citizenship and residence permit, as well as becoming a Turkish citizen through acquisition of property.

Playing a leading role in handling our clients’ adaptation processes under the Law on Protection of Personal Data, Mrs. Uysal follows up the adaptation processes of the leading chemistry and pharmaceuticals companies across Turkey under the Law on Protection of Personal Data.

Serving as an expert in aviation law, Mrs. Uysal leaded one of the major M&A processes across the industry in Turkey, and granted our clients with extensive counselling services for long years, as necessary.

Att. Mihran Aksak Uysal is also serving as an expert in the Law of Contracts, and leads the processes for drawing up and following up agreements/contracts in line with the needs of our national, international, corporate, and individual clients.

Leading many legal counseling services entirely under the Law of Contracts, Mrs. Uysal provides many national and international clients with a wide range of legal services across many fields starting from establishment to follow-up of legal processes on business activities, and plays a leading role in drawing up the Partnership Agreements and executing negotiations of all related processes.

Having a high command of the applicable industrial regulations, Att. Mihran Aksak Uysal actively offers practicing and counseling services to national and international educational institutions to meet all needs of our clients to that end.

Having a well-established track of providing practicing and counseling services to our clients in disputes arising between employees-employers, Att. Mihran Aksak Uysal represents our clients successfully in collective labor agreement negotiations and disputes arising from these negotiations.
