coordination with the debt enforcement lawyers and assistants, Mr. YILDIZ
provides assistance and support to the debt enforcement department, preparing
the documents, data and papers required to open the debt enforcement files,
performing and following up the seizure and sales processes under the debt
enforcement files, and following up the debt enforcement proceedings and
seizure procedures at the debt enforcement offices.
